The futons felt very comfortable. The space was quite spacious for my needs. I found its proximity to Dotonburi very convenient.
The check-in process seemed complicated. The staff did not speak English. The walls looked to be constructed of plastic.

The hotel's doors have pin pads which is very convenient. We arrived late and one of the pins didn't work, but the staff provided an emergency number and sorted the pin for us immediately. The room featured a Japanese style design and it was very quiet . We found the beds to be comfortable.
There were very few hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels , made things slightly less convenient but it wasn't a big issue.

The staff answered immediately when we contacted them about a pin issue. They came over and resolved the problem quickly showing their commitment to guest satisfaction. The staff is courteous and helpful making the check in process easy.

The room was really BIG. I loved the experience of sleeping on a futon and having a tatami in the room! It was surprisingly comfortable. They helped with getting a package delivered to my room. It was AMAZING!!!
